Critical: ProfessionalismI went to get a full set and pedicure Tues April 6th. I came with a friend and as I was courtesy to wait as she got her pedi done first, Two ladies come in. I had already been sitting 15 20 minutes, when the guy called the lady to get her nails done before me. I said “I was here first” and he was also told by the another nail tech that i was there first. His excuse was because they “walked in together”, he called them first. Really, i felt like it because they were white and was just being racial/biast. I was very upset, I was going to spend a good amount of money plus tipping and I no longer wanted my services done by them. I went to get a full set and pedicure Tues April 6th. I came with a friend and as I was courtesy to wait as she got her pedi done first, Two ladies come in. I had already been sitting 15 20 minutes, when the guy called the lady to get her nails done before me. I said “I was here first” and he was also told by the another nail tech that i was there first. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI waited for 15 minutes and NO ONE said anything to me. Not even “hello”. I just left. If that’s how they want to run their business it’s no concern of mine. Lost a loyal customer. It’s not the only salon.Services: Manicure, Acrylic nails, Gel manicures

One lady said I don’t do refills ok then why u here. She gel my nails n stay FaceTimeing the whole time I ask for a simple design. She states they don’t do them there. I’m like o wow ok. She finish my nails still has nasty attitude. I pay 20$ for this smmfh. I’ll stay in Camden where they do great work. Thanks for this mess never will I return again!!!
