We use hospital grade autoclaves to sterilize all metal instruments. Basing soaps and individual-use liners eliminate bacterial problems associated with pipe-less jet, pedicure tubs. Disposable nail files, buffers, pumice stones, toe separators, and slippers are provided with each visit for added protection from cross-contaminations.

First, I was extremely unsatisfied with the entire process. I asked for a certain color scheme and didn’t get it. After taking off my polish the tech started to apply acrylic over top of remaining polish. I told her that isn’t how it goes and to remove the polish…she didn’t. She passed me off to another tech who said I’ll fix it and just filed them down and left the super thin. Needless to say not even 5 hours later a huge chunk of nail fell off! I would never recommend this establishment.

At first I wasn’t going to leave a review, but after experiencing a horrible infection in my two big toes I am. (I get pedicures often elsewhere). My friend and I decided to try LC nails for a change to get mani/pedis. We started with pedis, which was such a horrible experience we skipped out on the manis. We both didn’t want gel polish and it was a process to pick out regular polish. They were super rough on my friend’s feet. The lady who did my pedicure wasn’t happy that I chose a regular package vs the deluxe and I was not informed that it was a 5$ cost to get previous gel polish taken off my nails (only once that does that). My toes are fully painted and I have two raging tow infections now. Mind you, I this does NOT happen to me after going anywhere else. The lady coughed all over my feet and legs several times without any effort to cover her mouth or look away. Highly recommend going elsewhere. If I had time to go back I’d totally demand a refund. The toe pain is near unbearable.

Took 90 year old Mom for 1st time as I wanted an experienced person and she embarrassed her by saying her feet looked terrible in front of other customers and then after I paid and gave a $7. tip even with her attitude she embarrassed me by saying “is that all you’re going to give me”?
