I have been Jane Runas faithful client for over 5 years. Last year she decided to leave her previous salon, and started using some new app that left me without an appointment and all grey before Christmas, and now over the summer. I came to see her personally at the L Beauty Salon, left her with all my contact information to contact me, and set up an appointment. She never called me, even after I called her twice after that visit. She is apparently so busy opening her own business. News flash , young lady, when you are about to go into business on your own, it is the worst time to piss off your loyal customers! I know with your attitude you WILL fail. I am also planning to contact a Consumer Protection regarding the way you treat your customers.
