I got my nails done from this place and they look nice they just have a few things wrong with them . My nails were crooked, and some were different shapes. The polish got on my skin and they used a vacuum to clean off my nails. Acrylic nails

Critical: QualityI do not recommend this place. I went there once to get my nails done and they are crooked , the thumb is shorter than the rest and the French’s are off on each nail. I told the lady that they weren’t right and crooked and asked if they could fix it . She told me they were right and that it was my “fingers.” that were crooked she also vacuumed my hands with a shop vac to get the dust off . When I asked her to fix the nails she kept telling me it’s my eyes and that they all match when clearly they don’t . I won’t ever go back there and now have to pay to get these fixed . I do not recommend this place. I went there once to get my nails done and they are crooked , the thumb is shorter than the rest and the French’s are off on each nail. I told the lady that they weren’t right and crooked and asked if they could fix it . They did great work but watch out if your a big girl 200 pounds plus you can’t use the massage chair because we will break the rollers(per the owner). But the lady I had was awesome!!

First time going to L B nails and my experience was great. Friendly, talked to me the whole time, and was so gentle!! Moew moew did my nails after going to the place i used to, i told her my bad experience with them being very rough. She reassured me the whole time and showed me they have different tools that are much more safe and not jagged. To say the least i will be going back!

I would give Zero Star’s if it would let me! This place burned my Wife’s face badly!!!! Do not go here for waxing! I’ve never seen anyone so burned by eyebrow waxing in my life! I had to take her to the emergency room. She is in so much pain! Her face is gonna scar really bad from their neglect! Guy’s don’ t take your Wife’s and girlfriends to this place please!

Gina was “the bomb!” The gel nails she put on my daughter were so pretty. She did an amazing job. My daughter and I have been there several times for different services and have always been satisfied. Staff is super friendly!
