I told the nail tech as she was doing my nails that it’s not what I had asked for and she told me it would look like what I asked for once she started filing. She was wrong. My nails looked like they were about to take flight. I once again told her I did not like them whatsoever and she asked me if I would like her to remove them, I said yes. ANOTHER 45 mins and the nails still where not off so I left. The other two customers I brought NEVER received services. I will never be back.
