Critical: PunctualityMade an appointment for my daughter and I, for the same time! They did my nails and he did a great job but the person that was suppose to do my daughters was working on someone else, we had another appointment elsewhere so we didn’t have time to wait. We told them we would come back another day they kept insisting they would fit her in later that day, told her to come back at 5:45, so she did and they told her to go get something to eat and come back in 45 minutes. We were very understanding the first time and realize that everywhere is short staffed, but come on they messed up the appointments earlier in the day attempted to fix it and then told her to come back AGAIN! Received a pedicure at salon and male worker was insulting. Asked when the last time I had a pedicure. I stated 4 weeks prior and he completed. He stated my feet were dirty and unwashed. I replied that I had just showered prior to the pedicure. He then stated he didn’t think so. This is not the way to talk or treat a customer. Will never return.

Booked a pedicure with my friend. The male worker made uncomfortable and inappropriate jokes the ENTIRE time. I made it clear that I was not finding it funny and he continued. Further more, he rushed through my service and kept getting up to do other things so I received about 10 minutes less service than my friend did, for the same price. It was an awful experience and I won’t be back. Take your money elsewhere!

This nail salon is by far one of the best in the Toledo area! Julie always does my nails, and she does an amazing job every time. They are consistently beautiful, and she takes the time to be sure they look perfect. I have also gone to the rest of the staff for pedicures, and they are always a relaxing indulgence!

Very rude and not professional at all, every time i made an appointment i had to wait over an hour. They were all about the money and not about the costumer care, they charged me more after doing my nails without telling me. Very unfriendly and not welcoming when you walk in, they just want to get you in and out as fast as possible. i would definitely not recommend to anybody else, there are better nail care services out there that value costumers. most definitely do NOT waist your time here.

Julie is great. They do not, however, take appointments for acrylic. It is sad because Julie does excellent work and I drive nearly an hour to see her. If you are local, see her….she is a 5 star nail tech. The way the shop is managed leaves much to be desired, though, so I can’t rate the location as high as I rate her.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I waited for 45 minutes and not one person acknowledged me. The only time someone said anything to me was to give back the gel polish samples because he needed it, then never gave it back. If you’re going to make someone wait, at least say something to them. Didn’t even get my nails done because The experience was terrible

I absolutely love this place. The staff is so friendly. I’m greated every single time I walk in the door by more than one of them. The service is amazing. My first time coming it was a little after 7 and they closed at 8. I went for a pedicure and they were all pretty busy already. I felt so bad coming that late. By the time I got in the chair it was 730. The lady didn’t rush me out of there like most people would’ve. She took her time and she didn’t know it was my first time. She made a great first impression and for that, as long as I’m in Toledo this is where I will go.
