I requested a regular massage. The woman brought me to a room and left without giving me any instructions. I stripped down to just my undies and laid down and put a kids towel on top of me. The masseuse started my massage and kept the lights on. Shortly after the massage started I asked her if she can massage me harder. She told me that if I wanted a harder massage I have to pay $10 more for deep tissue. I agree because I figured I’d get a good massage but that did not happen. She did not go harder even after I requested it again. I did not receive a deep tissue massage I received a relaxing massage but I paid more for it. She put some hot wet towel on my face that was scratchy and it felt like there was a film left over my face. She left the room twice for an extended period of time. Why did she leave the lights on? I’ve never been so happy for a massage to be over. That is what I get for not going to my usual place. And the room was dirty. She also told me next time to ask for Jackie or someone because he does it harder. If she wasn’t qualified why she take the job? I will never be back

Yesterday I drove all the way from Laguna beach to his place and after the two hour treatment, I felt so good, definitely worth the trip. Personally I will go continuously. It never go away. The pain keeps coming back the next day. I had so much treatments and it did not improved. It took more than 3 to month to get better , then the pain came back in another area or same area. The exercise does help a little then eventually, the pain came back.Ever since I went to to see Jacky. I feel much better and my pain has so much improvement after seeing him.Jacky works very professional, friendly and honest. He cares about his patient, not about the money. He cares for his patient. I don’t speak mandarin, but I showed him my pain area by pointing. He is able to identify all the area and be able to tell you that your muscle is very tight and they caused more pain and he told me that certain area pain represents certain area of your organ area such as this can affect your kidney or liver. He does speak some English.He uses DDS electronics machine to release my pain effectively . some my pain on my back ,neck, knee , shoulder pain was for more than 10 years. I noticed the pain that I had from 1 out 10. The pain in some area was 9 out of 10. Now my pain was 7 and some area of my pain went down to 3 to 1 or almost gone. I still need to go back to see Jacky for my other pain area.If you have these pain for years, you need to go more than 5 treatments. But I can guarantee you feeling much better.He also puts some black rocks and applies some black herb paste on my back. It depends on the treatments. The heat for the herb was hot and I did not like the feeling of it. But you felt much better. The price was great as well.Remember that you come here because your pain is bothering you. Ive seen at least 50 different types of doctors and had 300 different appointments or more for my pain. This has been the only doctor that understands the body. Had neck, hip, back pain and sciatica pain for 7 years after car accident. I’m also a model and have constant random tightness. And only 3 visits here Dr. Jacky has made me feel better then I ever felt. Pain is completely going away, my head feels clear and my tightness going away completely. I have been this store almost one year, the reception lady treat customer very friendly, Jacky is senior therapist for many years there, my neck and back needs deeply massage 2 times at least per month, they also serve bio electric therapy as needed, this pain center really help me a lot, the medical bed covered very professional with towel and rooms are clean with light music while I stay there, service fee kind of low compare with American store, go try and you will love it.
