The bed has many options to pick the best type of tan you’re looking to achieve, for example, “basic” “Mediterranean” etc.Sometimes it’s hard to communicate with tanning advisors. This particular employee went above and beyond. Extremely caring and you can tell she’squite knowledgeable. She made sure to give me the best advice so i could achieve the type of tan I’m looking for. The best part of the level 6 bed is the numerous controls. Relaxing music. Comfortable bed. If the facial tanner gets too hot, you have the ability to turn it down a bit. Also, there’s water misters that disperse every couple minutes. So soothing. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. Do not waste your time or energy here. This is the first time I’ve been to this LA Tan location and cannot believe how unprofessional it is. I’m leaving for Vegas this afternoon so I specifically went in at 8am, right when the store opens, to get a spray tan. The male employee that was there was his “first time opening” the store and very nervous/frantic. I understand if it’s someones first time opening a store by themselves but he also was not properly trained- Had no idea what products they offered or any information on spray tans to give me advice/recommendations. He told me his manager was coming in at 8:30 so I left for 10 minutes to give them some time to get it together, when i came back, manager was still not there.

Worst place ever. Say they open at 8.am. In the last month I have been there at least 7 times where no one arrives before 8:15. . No apologies from them. They should fire the entire staff. The staff is bunch of rude entitled millenials.

This rating has nothing to do with my experience at the actual facility, but with the response at cancellation. I cancelled my account but the paperwork didn’t go through so I was charged for an additional month. When I call to speak with someone about it the people that answer the phone are consistently unhelpful and sometimes quite rude. I have yet to get this issue resolved two weeks later. Sometimes I call and am told it’s resolved and other times I am told my account still hasn’t been cancelled. I honestly don’t like writing reviews, but am so frustrated with the situation and the response by staff. Make sure you keep all cancellation paperwork!

The staff here are horrible, been in a few times and usually have to wait because someone is playing on their phone and not paying attention to customers. The beds are gross, the two times I’ve actually tanned I have had to rewash the acrylic myself. Save your time and energy, go somewhere else.

I went to Tan at this place numerous times and I experienced ants on the floor and the place being dirty. The last time I tried to tan was at 1pm on Saturday 1/6 I went to the door and it was closed. I knocked and no response. I went to the next place up on Fullerton and it was so nice.
