The woman at the front desk was wonderful, exactly the friendliness and information that you want when you enter a business. Their covid precautions were satisfactory, they have good promotions that they run, etc. But this spray tan is the worst I’ve ever had. I did the lightest shade and a clear coat and showered after 3.5 hours (for the rapid develop) and I look like Donald Trump. I went into work and my boss asked what happened to me. I think I’m going with airbrush artists and custom spray tans after this, to prevent the way my hands and feet look even with barrier cream, and the way the stink of the DHA lingers. But aside from scrubbing my skin afterward, being there was fine! The staff really does make it the best experience possible. I think you just can’t trust an automated booth to give you a natural looking tan.

When the spray tans actually work, they’re great. For the past year, at least once per month the machine is “broken.” Today, and the past THREE times I’ve gone in, the VersaPro is broken! I pay monthly and I’ve never been given an option or upgrade for the inconvenience. I can understand if this was a one or two time incident… But this is EVERY SINGLE WEEK! The least they can do is give customers a free session or complimentary tan (or their money back for faulty equipment). I understand that each business is independently operated…so why isn’t the owner fixing this problem – it’s been a year! I’ve asked the staff if the owner is aware and they always say yes… PLEASE fix this ASAP! I use to LOVE this place – now its a huge disappointment. I no longer give referrals to my friends because I would be embarrassed to have this happen to them.

Really annoyed – I called to ask about red light therapy, but the person I spoke with on the phone wouldn’t give me any information beyond a membership price, since they preferred to have me come in person to speak with them. It should have been simple courtesy to answer my questions, particularly as they were quite basic, and logically would have been the prelude to determining whether or not I would decide to come by. The fact that they didn’t bother keeps me from ever wanting to.
