Best place to go tanning! The Shorewood location is the best. Even when they change your last name to “trashcan” and then when you call to speak to someone about it, the manager is never there or calls you back. But hey, I still pay to go there every month.

I personally dislike this location because the beds are not strong and only the bronzing beds ( that don’t do anything when your tan) don’t even work & no bulbs are ever changed. I come because one girl that works there is so sweet! I wish I remembered her name. Very personable helpful and understanding! She deserves a raise for sure! OTHERWISE this location is a 1-2 count.

Service is ok. I dont like that the highest level bed is only a level 5. And I changed the closing time, since I also got aggravated about the false closing time. Took only a couple hours, to publish. and something the manager should have already done. Your welcome.

All these bad reviews for this place I don’t get it. The staff is super nice I have eczema and they helped me a lot with what to do and use for my skin. The place is cleaner than others in the area. Prices are decent compared to others in area. Opens on time! This is a huge issue with some of the other places I have tried near here which is a lot. I get awesome tan in the stand ups.
