Carrie, who is the manager, is so professional and just a great person to be around when I go into tan. Stephanie is also one of the workers and she always puts a smile on my face. Because they go above and beyond I wanted to do the same for their location, and I did a free professional SERVPRO Certified sanitation to all the beds and high touch surfaces. I absolutely LOVE this location! Carrie, who is the manager, is so professional and just a great person to be around when I go into tan. Stephanie is also one of the workers and she always puts a smile on my face. Because they go above and beyond I wanted to do the same for their location, and I did a free professional SERVPRO Certified sanitation to all the beds and high touch surfaces. I’ve been a member for about 3-4 years now I believe and the girls always answer any questions I have and let me know about their deals when there are any! I enjoy it! Staff is nice and accommodating. No hair nets in versa spa. Towels (especially pink ones) feel like sandpaper. The floor mat in versa spa was in there for the longest. Finally replaced and hopefully being washed daily. I’ve been coming to this location for four years and have been to several other locations and know this particular location can do better.

The staff here are very helpful and accommodating. Whenever i have a question and or concern they are very informative and help. They always remind me when a deal or promotion is going on and explain with great detail. The tanning beds are also very clean!

Rude customer service. I’m not familiar with spray tanning and when I asked questions about prices the girl at the desk was rude. I asked about the special for first time tanning and instead of looking for the info I had to ask her to verify it because she didn’t even want to bother. Kept asking if my friend was going to get there soon. Seemed to be bothered. Never again.

Well. I walked in tonight ready for my yearly tan, was never greeted ,the manager nikki , who I was told by the rude girl Kelly that she was the manager, never said hello, or gave me a second glance, nice way to welcome a regular back…to add insult to that bit of injury, I was told I owed 30.00 because my payment of 2.00 a month was being returned , YES I FROZE MY ACCOUNT FOR WINTER, did I remember about this 2.00? Does LA tan give a copy of the contract? Hell no, did the manager offer me a option ? Hell no, I should of walked out , but I paid like a fool. Never will I step foot in this place again, kelly , you need to learn customer service , and respect .So disappointed… This girl and manager should be fired! I wish I can take the one damn star back!
