It’s very annoying to get out of a bed from tanning and than realize there is no towel in the room to use. And than my bed stops at 3 minutes with no explanation. The professional thing to do would offer a free tan of some sort because I definitely paid for those 3 minutes. Guess I’ll be going out of my way to orland and hope it’s better.

Nicole the manager greeted me immediately and was extremely friendly. Right away we started talking about tanning lotions and she was asking me if I ever tried the face lotion. I explained that I knew nothing about it. She gave me all sorts of knowledge about it and I ended up buying another new lotion and also s face lotion which I love!! She is amazing! She really cares about her clients and the reputation of that location! Thank you so much for assisting me!

The service was friendly, but it was just so dirty inside the room. I used to work at an LA Tan so I know it can get hectic, but the salon’s cleanliness is so important *especially now with COVID. I hate to say this, but I was pretty disgusted. So much hair covering the floor and stuck on the bed. I typically go to the New Lenox location off of Laraway and I would highly recommend that salon.

I’ve been a member with them for awhile, I was going to the one off of Rt.30 until it closed. I began tanning at this one off of Wolf Rd and 183rd. The level three bed they put me in had a total of 9 lightbulbs out. I work as an electrician and know a thing or two about bulbs and ballasts they all don’t randomly go out at the same time. When I told the receptionist she acted shocked and didn’t offer anything. That is the last time I will go there. Membership canceled. It’s impossible to keep everyone happy, I’m usually not one to complain about things, but that was absolutely ridiculous.

waist of time worst place ever i came with my wife and the lady in dark hairs told me to step outside on cold temperature becouse of covid one person in lobby i have mask on so what was the point very rude and mean person she should be fired otherwise la tan will loosing costumers …i was there sunday 12.14 at 2pm if somebody wants to meet that rude person

It’s always a gamble whether or not they will be open on time. I’m here now at 950 am and the door says they should of opened at 9am. This is absolutely ridiculous and this happened less than 6 months ago as well.
