Feel like people only write reviews nowadays when things go wrong. Been a member at this location for almost 6 years and I’ve never had a single bad experience. The manager is absolutely amazing and. Helpful. Multiple times I’ve had billing issues and she’s let me tan even though my account was locked. Every girl at the front is helpful and kind. I never had to wait longer than 10 mins and the cleanliness is perfect.

I’ve been going to this location since 2007. The staff is always friendly and professional. Unfortunately, they just removed their red light therapy bed. Not sure why this was necessary when they have at least 17 other rooms dedicated to tanning. Sad to see them not promote a progressive therapy option.

I walked in got a an affordable package and have had an awesome time the girls are friendly and helpful. It has been a great experience. One of my tans expired they still honored it…. I will continue my patronage. The Manager Meagan is very customer friendly. I have no complaints with cleanliness and service. I would recommend.

Critical: QualityI went this particular LA Tan for a spray tan last night and the girl at the front desk was extremely nice and answered all of my questions about it, but the spray tan itself is absolutely terrible. My arms are spotted all over the place & my hands, face and legs are also COMPLETELY orange. I was told this would all blend in nicely over a 4-6 hour period and it has not blended at all. I have already tried scrubbing some of this off so it’s not as embarrassing, but this is a complete waste of $40. I went this particular LA Tan for a spray tan last night and the girl at the front desk was extremely nice and answered all of my questions about it, but the spray tan itself is absolutely terrible. Paid $11 for a stand up 10 minute 10. Couldn’t even move the stand up booths were so small and 8 light bulbs were out. Notified the lady working at the front desk and she said she’d make a call to someone. No offer for reimbursement. Not intrested in coming back
