Although the staff is super friendly, I do notice that when things are broken they are broken for months. When they clean the beds they are so quick that they miss a lot of areas. I do continue to go here since its close to home but wish it was a lot cleaner. Id bring your own disinfect wipes if you have them handy.

Manager is not true to her word and refuses to cancel accounts or refund payments erroneously charged after cancelation date. I had to dispute all the transactions and block the card because they wouldn’t stop charging me after calling corporate, the individual salon and even the owner himself. In my defense, I gave them several opportunities to make it right and even told them I would be sharing my negative experience online if they didn’t fix the problem they caused… I was quite understanding and patient. No more.

The sign that got me to come in was their Thursday $20 cocktail tan special. When I came in and told the girl at the front desk it was my first time at this chain, she just responded “do you have an ID?” She did not seem welcoming and she was pretty rude about it. Not a great way to impress a first time customer. Anyway, she rings me up for the cocktail tan and it is over $30.00. I asked what that was about, since the very large sign outside said clearly Thursdays the price was $20.00. I said, “Oh did the price just change recently?” And she said “No, back in November.” With a deadpan tone. Well, I will never be back and I’ll be taking my business to their numerous competetors in the area, all the other experiences I’ve had at any other tanning chain have been so much better I was actually shocked by how bad it was at LA Tan.

I went in once and forgot my coupon I even mentioned it to the girl at the desk and I said that I will return with it next time and I came in for a second visit with my coupon for a free level 1(I was going to pay $10 to go to level 2 )but the girl at the desk refused to take my coupon because it was for new guests , I explained the situation to her and she still refused to take the coupon. I will never return .

HORRIBLE customer service! Location is severely understaffed and employees take frustration out on customers especially when they’re very busy. Hours on website weren’t updated! It’s not okay to shut down the versa spa FOURTY-FIVE minutes before close! Very upset and cancelling membership ASAP
