Critical: Professionalismdon’t get me wrong, the salon itself is amazing and the beds here are my favorite compared to other LA tans in the area. i went here a few days ago, and the manager Erin was just so disrespectful, no appreciation whatsoever, and just was miserable my whole time there. The rest of the staff is so polite, kind, and helpful but she automatically yelled at me that i forgot my mask, instead of politely asking me to put one on. don’t get me wrong, the salon itself is amazing and the beds here are my favorite compared to other LA tans in the area. i went here a few days ago, and the manager Erin was just so disrespectful, no appreciation whatsoever, and just was miserable my whole time there. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been going to this salon for a long time I spent a lot of money at this location in 94th & 159th. For the second time I had to deal with a Erin claims to be a manager as a business owner I was appalled by the ignorance & rude just completely unacceptable. If I see her there again I will leave and wait till the other very pleasant employees are they. She should not be in management if she hates her job. I have the $69 a month package & prior to that spent at least $150-200 a month I expect to be treated with respect same as I give. I debated writing this review but she needs to be more nice. I have been going to this salon for a long time I spent a lot of money at this location in 94th & 159th. For the second time I had to deal with a Erin claims to be a manager as a business owner I was appalled by the ignorance & rude just completely unacceptable. If I see her there again I will leave and wait till the other very pleasant employees are they. She should not be in management if she hates her job. Critical: ProfessionalismI just waked in at 4:50 on a Saturday…. they close at 5. Doors were still open…“can I help you?”“Can I do a level 5 please?”“Well we close at 5”“Fine? I guess I’ll come back?”“We open at 11 tomorrow”So glad I spent over $200 on a lotion and package there last week. Completely unprofessional and horrible customer service. Critical: ProfessionalismI went to LA Tan on 94th Ave in Orland Park today. There were four people behind the counter when I walked in, all talking to each other without masks on. Why is there a mandate in process yet this location is not adhering to it? Are they not taking sanitizing beds seriously either? I went to LA Tan on 94th Ave in Orland Park today. There were four people behind the counter when I walked in, all talking to each other without masks on. Why is there a mandate in process yet this location is not adhering to it? Are they not taking sanitizing beds seriously either? Thank goodness I had sanitizer with me so I cleaned the bed myself but you can rest assure I will never go back to late location again.
