Critical: PunctualityI have been tanning at this location for several years. Recently over the past 2 months the location has gone way down hill. They have major staffing problems. You pay for a package and they never open on time anymore so unless you have unlimited free time you won’t be able to utilize it. Be prepared to sit in the parking lot waiting for the manager to arrive 1 hour late (with her Starbucks in hand) so you have time to stop for coffee, but cannot open your location at the promised time. (Posted on the door). Real, professional. Real, Dedicated. Hopefully they hire more reliable staff soon to ensure the customers are able to utilize what they pay for. If I agree to a package with the said hours and you charge me full price for a package I couldn’t use? Anyone knows this is a lawsuit waiting to Happen. She really is the face of LA Tan at this location. I thought she owned it because of the way she carries herself and treats the customers. Makes you want to keep going back!Service: Tanning

She knows all of her customers and is more than willing to go above and beyond to make sure you understand how to use the beds and helps you pick out the best lotion for your skin type! The salon is always SO clean! No matter how busy the salon is, Allie ALWAYS greets every person coming in and out. My absolute favorite LA tan!! Their manager, Allie, is so knowledgeable and SO sweet! She knows all of her customers and is more than willing to go above and beyond to make sure you understand how to use the beds and helps you pick out the best lotion for your skin type! The salon is always SO clean! No matter how busy the salon is, Allie ALWAYS greets every person coming in and out. The only thing that could make this salon better would be a KBL.

Even tho she smiles with her eyes since we are all wear masks. Even remember my name after quarantine. . They are taking every precaution for a safe tanning experience.
