Wouldn’t even it give it one star. The girls that work here are so nice but unfortunately the manager is horrible. Refused to explain why the $0 sign up for the first month free didn’t last the entire month and proceeded to ask me to pay for that month and a fee. I’ve been an la tan member for about 15 years and spend a lot of money here. NEVER AGAIN!!!! She had a horrible attitude and was talking down to me like I was beneath her. The other girls are amazing but this manager completely ruined my experience. I came in to tan, get new lotion and relax and instead was berated and had someone clapping hands at me while speaking to explain why the ad says one thing and yet she’s charging me for it? Bad decision. Glad I referred friends….see a lot of canceled memberships in the future. It’s never okay to speak to anyone like that. Bad service and word of mouth can destroy a business. Always treat everyone with kindness. You never know who you are talking too.

Every other time I come here the beds are clearly dirty with dried lotion and I always have to ask the employee to clean it again. No one wants to lay in other peoples’ lotion, sweat, etc. Also the bulbs are dusty.. clean underneath the acrylic it’s really not hard and other salons do it.
