Been going to this salon for years, really enjoyed how close to home it was. Never had problems until recently, they got all new staff and in particular a girl named Kenzie. She’s very rude and has no idea on customer service. Basically paid extra to upgrade to a higher level bed that didn’t work and was told there’s nothing she could do. Definitely time to find a new salon

I actually happen to think Kenzie is one of the best people there and she’s extremely nice to me and everyone I’ve talked to. You must’ve been the root of the problem here. They can’t control the rules on when you can tan once you’ve tanned under your name in the span of 24 hours. Doesn’t sound like her problem here. One of my favorite locations and they are so clean. I actually happen to think Kenzie is one of the best people there and she’s extremely nice to me and everyone I’ve talked to. You must’ve been the root of the problem here. I love the stand up beds at this location. The lay down beds get a little too hot for me. The staff is professional & friendly and the salon is very clean. Upgrades are a flat fee regardless of how many minutes you tan, where they used to be less expensive for shorter times in an upgraded bed. Overall I really like this location.

I would give them 5 stars, but I came when it wasn’t busy at all, they had black Friday sale signs everywhere & the clerk failed to give me the Black Friday sale price! And its not like I was the 1st, 2nd or even 3rd customer of the day. AND you can no longer get a level 3 tan on $5 Tan Tuesday.

Just started going tanning at a salon for my first time. And I had no idea what to do. The employee’s here have made me feel comfortable going tanning and help me out with any questions tht I have if they can. And the beds are always cleaned right after use. The rooms r perfect size and clean. This salons the employees have given me a great first time tanning experience 🙂 will continue going here.
