The manager, Alyssa, is the absolute best! I always go out of my way to tan here because it always opens on time and the staff is extremely friendly! Critical: ProfessionalismHaven’t been here in 2 years… received a coupon in the mail for some deals, one of which was a free tan if I texted a number. I texted the number and received a message saying simply “show this message and get a FREE SUN TAN…” nothing about needing to be a new client anywhere. The only mention was a new client deal for 9.99 a month for unlimited. I was just turned away and the computer system said I was ineligible because I was here in May 2019. A waste of a trip. I was thinking about cancelling my membership at another salon up the street because this one was closer. Haven’t been here in 2 years… received a coupon in the mail for some deals, one of which was a free tan if I texted a number. I texted the number and received a message saying simply “show this message and get a FREE SUN TAN…” nothing about needing to be a new client anywhere. Not necessarily my favorite la tan to go to, however, i only go there for the customer service. Kimberly is very knowledgeable, friendly and wants to help you get tan. She recommends all the best tanning products without being pushy!

BEST PLACE FOR TANNING PERIOD! I dealt with ALYSSA who was great at explaining the different spray tan shades and lay down beds, I definitely will be coming back for more tans thanks to her help, I HIGHLY recommended anyone in the area to give the FRANKFORT la tan a try u won’t be disappointed!!!!!

The girl behind the desk is incredibly offensive. She told me i have to use my packets for 1 time use… uhmm no actually i dont. Then she tells me i am pale and i cant use lotion on my face unless it specifies face. I tan regularly and always do maximum time in bed which she can see on the computer. So when i told her i wanted to do max 12 mins she made me sign a waver and proceeds to tell me because im so pale she doesnt suggest it and i need to do 8. I have never been so insulted by a tanning salon girl. I have been tanning 13 years, i think i know what i can and cant do by now. As i tanned it really bothered me how i was treated and decided to never go back to this location again, which is unfortunate since its less than 2 miles from my work. Now i have to drive 20 mins to get to a different locatiom from my house.

I’ve had nothing but friendly experiences with staff. The facility, however, is dated. The need some newer equipment, a new paint job, and removal of non working T-Max buttons. The ceiling could use a total makeover. Dingy panels, missing light covers, and missing lights. Someone get a handyman to this place! Aesthetics aside, I get what I pay for.
