Nicole is great. Brittany is the most ignorant worker they have there. I thought the first few interactions were one off’s but nope. She is rude, unhelpful and just ignorant to you as a paying customer. Watch your accounts too. She will charge you for time sensitive tans and then use your other membership tabs, essentially making more money for the company while you lose out on tans bought. She’s rude. Go to Joliet instead.

Definitely disappointed today and our choice to come here. Been here a lot in the past and had a good experience but not this time (I will never be back )The young lady at the front desk was very unhelpful! We have a couple trips we are going on soon so I tried to get some sort of a package For roughly 5 tans. She had no clue on a good option. So as I looked around the lobby I noticed some great deals on a chalkboard for seven tans in any level. So I asked her about those and she replied those were January’s deals. If those were January deals they need to be taking off the board or honor them until you take them off.

Young girl at desk today. Not very friendly. Not very helpful. Im a slightly larger woman and the bed actually rested on my skin. This was only my second time here. The first time everything was fine. Different girl at desk. When I left I said goodbye and was basically ignored. Probably go somewhere else from now on.
