I used to really like this location. It is super close to home. But basically if you’re not there 45 min before closing they will not allow you to tan. One time I went 25 min before closing and was told I couldn’t tan. Another time at 7:25 there were no beds I was told one wouldn’t be open for 10 min then that would be too close to closing. I will be going to the other Schaumburg location that is open later from now on.

Ok so ive been living in the area for 2years now i never had any issues until recently and i am not a person that like to complain but they hired so many rude and useless people here lately. I dont even know where to start. I went up to this location to sign up month to month deal i like their quality of equipment however customer service is really bad. One girl very rudely signed me up charged my debit twice amount of $1 which i care less. She said they will take it off later. They never did so she asked my credit card finally she signed me up then somthn happend to their computer system and she started using so many bad words screaming and i was patiently waited for an hr and half and didnt say a word. As i wait customers leaves saying thank you she doesnt response and make faces. if you dont wanna work just quit. Apperantly she didnt sign me up so the next day i walked in for tanning the manager says im not in system. That was the moment it got me so mad because i waited for an hr with this rude girl the other night. The manager calls her and asks i guess she says “ill sign up her on saturday on my next shift” and the attitude of this manager was so unprofessional. Another day i walked in for tanning again the nicer girl was on her phone the tanning bed wasnt cleaned i didnt see it until i took my clothes off and laid and i felt the sticky things. So i will be cancelling my membership very soon I DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION

Always clean… staff is sometimes doing a fantastic job- especially one of the young ladies Here… others are nose down asking “last name, first name, what bed?” Like many millennials holding temporary jobs, their eyes and nose are just above their phone just waiting for people to walk in.

I’ve received horrible customer service from a front desk girl named Briana. I tan at this location every week and always see her either on her phone or hanging out with friends in the lobby. Every visit she tries pressuring me into buying tanning lotions every week when i’ve already Bought 100$ worth of lotions. I recommend the Location on Roselle rd in Schaumburg instead of this one.

I’m VERY upset regarding my recent experience with LA TAN ! I Had approximately 45 tans left that ended up expiring as of 1/3/18. I was not even reminded or notified by LA TAN at all that my package would be expiring as of the date I mentioned. I was reminded by my 23 year old daughter ( who also tans there all the time, and has also been a loyal customer of their establishment for years! Btw – she, and my Ex-Wife also had the exact same situation as I with LA TAN ) I was told that I would not be able to be compensated, reimbursed, prorated, and or even some kind of possible roll-over consideration whatsoever for my remaining tans ! I mean come on, when your a loyal customer for years, is it that much to ask if we could come to some kind of resolution ? Most customers would at least expect that… I’m just sayin ! My guess is this wouldnt’ve happened if the ownership and management hadn’t recently changed ! ? I’m not a petty person and don’t want to waste my time contacting the BBB or any other agency to report them ! Me venting my frustration for the 3 of us is good enough . . .

Very clean and the rep was so nice and professional she knew I didn’t do this often and asked a few questions to get me the best treatment I came expecting to pay way more and she told me about the sales and taught me how to use the equipment I felt comfortable and excited for my new tan
