Seriously the best! I can not recall one bad experience. The employees greet you with a smile and are SUPER friendly! I even ask questions at the counter such as which lotion do you suggest for me and so on and I have never felt pushed off or hurried away. Some good people here! And the manager is friendly as well. She is running a good team! Keep it up!

Katie the store manager just explained to me that their policy on session packages expire one year after purchase. I was not aware of this and was rather upset that my remaining package of three of five sessions had expired. I appreciate her reinstating them . That is good customer service, especially when I was not made aware of the policy when I purchased them last year .
