We found the staff generally rude and upon beginning was asked for credit card information for emergency purposes, even though we paid cash. Next thing we know, we’re getting monthly bills and they refuse to cancel the contract we didn’t sign without further fees (minimal as those fees are). We will be reporting them to the BBB among letting our friends and the internet know the poor business they run here.

Put into a room with a non working fan, no knob even on fan to turn it on, looks like its been that way for awhile….equipment seems older. I have a membership and usually go to the one in Huntley, which is VERY NICE!
