I feel compelled to write a positive comment for several reasons. I have been coming to this salon for over 2 years since I married my wife. The staff have all been exceptional and the other day I went in for a spray tan only to learn they upgraded their equipment to the Versa Pro excellent machine. I had an issue with the spray and without hesitation reset the machine and the experience was excellent.

I call every week to get the status of my refund and not only does the manager NEVER call me back, but when I finally do get ahold of her she just keeps telling me, “ I’m trying to figure out how to process the refund”. Very poor customer service, the girl in the front is just trying to make her sales cause of her commission I guess and doesn’t care about customers at all. She told me I don’t have my 1 bed and 1 spray tan two times, while other places before and after proved me that I do. And each time she rudely tells you that you that you have to get stuff. Just making her commission and very far from nice at all.

I gave this place a try even though it had bad reviews since its right by my work. Never again am i going there. The blonde girl at the front desk does not listen. I told her i want to go on the bed i was on before. She sends me to the wrong room but i ignored it. Until i started burning after 1:30. Its really simple to look up what i did before. Very dissapointed. I did tell her she sent me on the wrong bed and a bed that burnt really bad after it got to over a minute. She answered yeah and smiled. Really ? Customer service is terrible. I just wasted my time undressing and dressing for no reason and my money.
