The hallway was clean but the tanning room itself was dirty. No baby wipes or blendng cream provided and no body length mirror. Riverwoods was much nicer…sad they closed. Wheeling location is much cleaner and provides all the the items listed above, complimentary. Spray tanning, Tanning

Love this location. Nice atmosphere, very well maintained, and excellent staff. They don’t constantly try to push products on you like certain other locations nearby… it feels like they know me and my preferences already and I appreciate that so much! Only wish they had a level 2 lay down.

Has a brand new staff and management(+new ownership)! The store is much more kept up with and is in process of updating it lamps/beds/ and appearance the brand new staff is extremely friendly!

The customer service is terrible. Stood in line for 7 minutes waiting for the woman to stop folding towels in order to check me in. Beds are old and are not the quality I expect to pay for the price. The bulbs in my level 3 lay down were so hot after 6 minutes I had to turn off the machine.
