Been a member for a year. I like it but there is some issues management needs to fix. Beds are great, however depending on who’s working, the beds aren’t cleaned properly. Been a few times I went in and the beds have hair on them and still greasy from the last person. The level 3 lay down beds should be replaced or a real clean needs to be done because they look nasty inside. The vents and air ducts are full of dust and hair. I recommend them, BUT I also recommend you point out the lack of cleanliness if needed. Management needs to get on staff about the lack of cleanliness there. Not just the beds but floors should be swept and stiffened regularly. No one wants to get undressed in a room with other people’s hair and tanning lotion on the floors.

I gave L.A. Tan a try about 3 years ago and won’t go anywhere else now! Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable about safe tanning and will special order a tanning lotion if they don’t carry it. Very clean inside as well. Must check them out if you need to catch a fast tan.

First time I went there with a friend, it has just opened up and the girls were really nice and helpful. Very clean place. Love their beds! And they always have great deals going on! And prices are a little lower than the usual places I go. Its also close by so def will be returning here!

Critical: ProfessionalismEvwr since two new girls started at the place, the atmosphere changed. They’re snotty and very rude. One asked me to confirm my home address in front of many people. Been coming here many years and never have been asked to confirm where I live to tan. I will be cancelling my membership and going else where.

Everyone at the Fox Lake LA Tan are amazing….. extremely knowledgeable about all the products. The second you walk in you are greeted with a smile and hello , the store is clean and welcoming. I recommend them to anyone who asks.
