Was denied service because I brought my own disposable eye protection , asked for owner or manager was told no one will talk to me . A stupid dollar, they lost my business over a dollar . Will not refund me the rest of my package that I have left . Need to take them to small claims court Tanning

I just recently reactivated my membership with this location. Day 1, 2 bulbs were out in the standup bed I used. I don’t like when any bulbs are out when I’m paying for this service, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Then when I went last week, literally 18 bulbs were out on the bed I was put in. So I wasted my lunch break at work and spent all that time lotioning and undressing to discover this when I climbed in. Immediately got out, got dressed, and went to inform the girl at the desk. At this point, I didn’t have time to do it all over again in another room. And with this lack of care, I do not want to pay to go here. I asked the blonde girl at the desk (she was very nice) to cancel my membership. She felt bad and said the system was wanting to charge me a $20 early cancellation fee. She said she did not believe I deserved to pay that and her manager would be there in about 30 mins and she will have her call me and she will waive the fee. She did inform me I’d have to come back in again and sign the cancellation form, which I was fine with. Well it’s now a week later and I’ve called 3 times asking for the manager (Ember) to call me back. Everyone has reassured me she will call me after they give her my message. I have not received a call. My monthly charges are only going to keep charging, and the waiving of the cancellation fee due to their lack of care has not been taken care of. I was a hospitality manager for many years and am appalled with the manager’s lack of care and effort with this issue. LA Tan has definitely decreased in value and I would not recommend this location or company to anyone.

This was honestly one of the best experiences Ive ever had at an LA Tan and Ive been to several all over the city. The front desk girl was super informative and helpful towards me. And I had a really great experience. It was very clean and sanitary. And I will most definitely be returning to this location!

Great place to tan! Their beds are all up to date and fairly clean glass. The girls that work here are all very nice, and helpful. I’m new to using the bronzers/lotions, but the sample package worked so good I will definitely buy one of the large bottles next visit.

Ok. So….LA TAN…..Your staff are so kind and amazing. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE make their job easier and upgrade your beds and change bulbs more often. Also replace the acrylic in the beds. Your level 3 beds, most used, are just about to fracture. Trust me….. If it happens while I am in that bed, you will hear from my lawyer. Bottom line…..The store staff are amazing however the beds are not good and some are unsafe. The OWNERS lack of upkeep of the beds is what caused the 2 star review. Truth is you could be a 5 star facility if you would simply take care of your machines as you should. STAFF ROCK!!!!!!!! Please take this review seriously as I enjoy tanning but due to the unsafe beds, I feel I should go to a better cared for facility.

I went in yesterday unsure what to do and the girl who was working was AWESOME!!!!! I’ve been going to LA TAN for over 8 yrs and I’ve never received the service like I did yesterday!! I felt like she actually cared on what color I was trying to get. Thank you for having her part of the LA TAN staff. I hope she stays there forever lol . Thank you again. I don’t remember her name which I’ll ask the next time I’m there. I went yesterday around 5 pm.

Very clean modern salon, they have a lot of product to choose from. The gals working there are all very friendly, this location seems to have a whole new staff yet they are very informative on their products and beds. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Mehh, level one bed is disappointing. I have level 3 membership, but was hoping to downgrade to level 1 and now I’m thinking all LA Tans, this one included, purposely make their cheap beds in worst condition. There’s only one level one bed here and at many others (I get it, maybe it’s not a popular bed, whatever). If you’re only going to have one of these level one lay downs then at least make it practical. The only buttons that work on this bed is the one controlling it from the wall. The fan does not blow hard and you can’t even use the control inside the bed to adjust this. Same goes for the face lamp; there’s a display menu with buttons, but they don’t work. I’ve also recently used one of their level 3 lay downs and was slightly disappointed with that bed too. This location needs to update/upgrade their beds because I feel like I’m tanning in 2003 Paris Hilton sponsored tanning bed.
