Critical: ProfessionalismThe lady at the front desk chose not to wear a mask and talked to a friend on her cell speakphone the whole time I was tanning and checking in. Don’t talk on your cell phone in front of customers (so blatantly might I add) and if you are requiring masks of your customers, a required mandate, you should probably wear one too. The lady at the front desk chose not to wear a mask and talked to a friend on her cell speakphone the whole time I was tanning and checking in. Don’t talk on your cell phone in front of customers (so blatantly might I add) and if you are requiring masks of your customers, a required mandate, you should probably wear one too. Critical: CleanlinessWent in to tan in the level 6 lay down (Room 9) & noticed halfway through my time that the top part of the bed was not cleaned & there were lotion spots. How do I know if the bed was actually sanitized & clean if there were marks? Went in to tan in the level 6 lay down (Room 9) & noticed halfway through my time that the top part of the bed was not cleaned & there were lotion spots. How do I know if the bed was actually sanitized & clean if there were marks? Critical: ValueTanning beds were old , also they did not have enough people working. There’s was only one girl who had to do everything. I felt bad for her, she had to check people in, answer questions and clean the beds.Service: Tanning
