I don’t typically ever leave reviews but I wasn’t very pleased showing up right at 9am expecting to get a tan before I start work realizing there’s nobody here to open the store when hours for Saturday clearly show 9am-7pm. I love LA TAN been going for years but this is my first experience where I wasn’t happy really wanting my tan fix…when I won’t be able to later today. I leave for my trip next week and was looking forward to getting a tan today… very disappointing

Kelly was so nice and helpful! She helped me with an issue that occurred at another salon when she didn’t even have too. She also advised me on what to do to get the issue taken care of. I will be going back to the this location because of her. Salon was super clean. Spray tan machine was super cleaned too! Tanning

I have been going La Tan in Chicago and use to love it but because of this location i changed tanning salons. I went asked about bed bulbs and the girl (dark black hair with glasses) rolled her eyes and answered in such a rude way i just walked out of the there. You aren’t doing me a favor Im paying for this… I will never again go there. I went right after to FlashTan and they were so nice answered all my questions i thanked the girl for being so nice and told her about the situation i just had with LA Tan and she said alot of customers have been complaining about them and this specific location.
