The personel was nice but,I have a bad experience with that place. First, they could not find my account even if I bought the package and I paid by card (so, i drove there for nothing ) next time they found my account but it was empty (no package) so i could not use it either. I bought the package for a month but when they fixed it i had less than a week to use it. I wanted refund but they sad that they can not do that. So, I got two tans for $ 44. How nice is that place. Thank you.

First time at a tanning salon (I usually just tan in the sun) I had a week free coupon from one of my girls & I was feeling kinda pale so I decided to go & start a base tan. TBH due to the reviews I was hesitant to come to this location. I don’t tolerate attitude lol but to my surprise it went extremely well! The front desk was very friendly & informative . Today was my second day coming back & I think I’ll make this place my regular spot for a good touch up or base tan

I don’t know how anyone put such negative reviews because this salon never disappointed me! Beds work amazing (new bulbs on few of them!)…convenient location. The employees are awesome, answered all my questions & they’re super laid back. Don’t go by what others say & try for yourself! Love my beautiful color every time I walk out…..

No one knows what theyre doing. The employees all don’t know what theyre doing and the tans suck. I got a spray tan at this location and signed up for a membership. The girl who sold me the membership said it was $10 a month for unlimited spray tans level 1 or 2 for new members. I thought this was strange, but she looked me up, said since Ive never been there before its a great promotion. I got a level 2 spray tan that day. To sign up it costs $10 and you pay $10 a month. The spray tan did not work at all. I went to the Northbrook location the next day and got level 2 again. This time, everything went fine. I think the fan at Arlington Heights wasnt working as the machine was not as loud. The next time I went, the girl gave me all sorts of information. First she said its unlimited spray tans for level 1, then only one spray tan a month, then that its unlimited sun tans and one spray tan a month. She just kept saying things and reading binders and all of the information she gave me was wrong. She told me if I were to get a spray tan with my membership discount it would be $15 for level 1 and $17 for level 2. I went to Northbrook and they said its $5. A woman over the phone told me all the information I was given is wrong and that if I talk to the manager she will cancel my membership for free. The manager was on vacation so I tried asking a manger at another location. That manager said only the manager at the location you signed up for can cancel it without a fee. I waited for the manager. She didnt do anything. Didnt apologize, quickly canceled my account while we were still discussing the situation. I paid $40 in total for what should have been $10. This place SUCKS.

Absolutely horrible. I have gone in 5 times only to be told that my package was not posted on my account even after my credit card was charged. Each time the employee insisted that the “misunderstanding” had been taken care of and apologized for the inconvenience. when I called the manager to explain my situation I was told there was nothing she could do and that she was leaving for the day, even after I explained that I was currently on my way into the location.

Well let me see when I walked in the girl was on the phone making a personal phone call. Then the store phone rang and she didn’t even have the nerve to say can you hang on. or sorry or anything. It was like I was invisible.. just pathetic.. Needless to say I will not be going back to this location..!!!
