I started tanning at this location because it is close to my home and I was going on vacation. I met Bridget and Paula but my schedule worked more with Paula than Bridget. Paula was very nice and informative. She was always smiling and our conversations were fun. She was never pushy to buy any products however, she did inform me of such. The beds and store were always clean and I never had any problems. In my opinion, both girls, especially Paula, is an asset to your business. I will miss her.

Have been going here to get a base before a Vegas trip the past few weeks, the staff has been super friendly, the store has always been clean and the beds seem to be working well given the results. Def recommend them if you need a pre-vacation tan.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst time there wasn’t informed new bed so burnt bad but next time the owner was there. She’s amazing, gave me so much information that I didn’t know on things offered. Helped me with lotion to use and am happy. Experience was much better second time around. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueIn the past 3 wks the salon has gone down hill. I been tanning there for over a decade, I haven’t had seen such poor service. Last month the assit Manager downgraded my package from all access to a diamond package for no reason. Said she would correct it and never did. I had to pay to tan in the level 6 even tho I already paid for it. No refund, no explanation except she made a mistake. Ever since the Manager Alex has been gone the salon is going down hill. The Asst Manager Angela is not professional I’ve seen her argue with customers, treat other staff poorly. I will not tan if she is there. The girl at counter was new but did a great job she was so helpful and friendly. Tanning beds were great and spray tans were also great went 2 days before my wedding and I looked great got many compliments on my tan if we had L.A. tan in Virginia where I’m from I would definitely go there. But I was here for my wedding. My sister who went with said she will definitely be getting a package from here.

I’ve been tanning at LA Tan since 2014. This is a fantastic salon with awesome staff. 4 levels of tanning available in their 30 bed salon, including regular lay-down bed, stand-up and spray tan. Prices for tanning & lotions are reasonable. Staff consistently delivers excellent customer service. For the past 6 years I’ve never had a reason to look elsewhere for my tanning needs.
