I love this salon. The girls are all really sweet and well informed on their products. They always have appropriate answers to my questions. They keep the place very clean which alleviates any concern I have going there during this pandemic. They keep the shelves stocked with lotion for all price ranges and get new products in often. They also offer sales all the time. They change the bulbs regularly which guarantees a good tan from the sun beds and there is a wide range of beds to choose from and membership is available for any price range too. I highly recommend this salon!

I went here because I was in town and it seemed like the best place out of the rest in the area. I’m here to say I disagree. The employees were so incredibly rude and seemed annoyed that they had to get off their phones and talk to me. The place as well seemed kind of dirty and run down. I decided to take my business else where and write this review to make sure people know not to waste their time here.

I came here because I had a coupon for a spray tan. The girl who worked their had no idea how to apply the coupon so instead of doing a spray tan i ended up doing a sun tan. She was trying to charge me 45$ for a spray tan when I had a coupon for 9.99 and it even said on the wall in the store 19.99 spray tan but she didn’t know how to do that either. False advertising is what that is and it is not professional. So I asked for a sun tan and i proceeded to ask her how much should i do i never went before i do not want to burn, she says 15 minutes in a level 1 should be fine. However I go to do my tan and it stoped at 10 minutes but I still burned really bad. Everything is hurting me from the burns. I just do not understand why you have someone so careless working there who obviously has no idea what their doing. I will be contacting regional management about this situation.

After a few visits of them not being able to find me in the system, it was all sorted out. Very friendly staff, ready to answer any questions. Great selection of tanning lotion, and the beds are always clean! I don’t think I’ll be tanning anywhere else again!

After a terrible experience at the Highland location…I called this Branch. Kailey (the manager) and Amanda stayed late just to accommodate me! I cannot stress enough how friendly and inviting they were! They went out of their way to solve a problem that wasn’t theirs. Instantly I was sold. I will never tan at another location besides this one.

walked i’m at 8:30 (half an hour before close) and was told that i can’t do a spray tan bc they closed down the machines that still needed to be clean. It’s one thing if i was there at 8:50, but a whole half an hour from close and they couldn’t do a five minute spray tan.
