I am extremely impressed with the way she handled a challenging situation and how she made me feel appreciated as a customer . It is rare to find good customer service these days and even rarer to find excellent customer service as Lauren provided . I love the tanning salon , lived in Miami for 5 years . Matter of a fact I have my UV certificate . The bulbs are old or broken . As well over priced the staff is unbelievably ridiculous. If you want to speak to a manager in highland she’s never there . If you want your lotions they will upscale you because they will receive commission . You do not need a million bottles of lotion . They go bad with in a year . The Managemnt CEO nick patal will not listen nor care .

They trick you into signing up for a tanning package and even of you do sign up for one you still end up paying. To get out of said contract you need to pay 20 dollars or be charged for all 3 months and let it ride out. Ridiculous
