Very poor time management. Called to find out price for a custom spray tan. I think a girl named kacey answered the phone and asked me to hold on. Which is fine she said she had a couple people standing in front of her. I waited on hold (still being able to hear her conversations) for 10min then she hung up on me. I tryed to call back 3 separate times and she just let the phone ring until it wouldn’t ring any more. Poor customer service and time management.

Excellent customer service. The only thing I get bummed about is that some of the times I’ve had two different experiences in the past year where one of the spray tan didn’t produce the amount to color it normally does and there’s no way I can get a credit. It seems like it should be the same experience every time.

Had to go here for a spray tan because my LA Tan close to home had issues with the Versa Spa . Long story short for two days I had talked to Lauren that works here and she was very friendly and helpful and informed me that based on the issues I had the previous day that she would be glad to give me a complimentary spray tan and she was going to be off at 5 and to tell whoever was working what was going on . Upon arriving I talk to Kristen . I tell her what Lauren had told me and what was going on . She kept questioning me and basically told me I was lying and made me pay for the tan I was told I would get complimentary because of my troubles . She was also very rude and laughed at me when I had asked for her name . Overall I will not be back to this establishment
