Love it so far been 3 times . only one thing been tanning plenty and can’t even tell I’ve been. I usually burn the 1 st time and tan instantly. But the girls are great its clean. I’m happy for the most part or I wouldn’t go back. Thanks LA TAN

I’ve been tanning here for about a year and a half. The girls are the sweetest & everyone is super friendly and helpful. But I read a review that I’d like to address: I tan 4-7 days a week. I favor a select few beds, and if I choose a dirty one they always jump up to go clean it. So the comment that suggests they wouldn’t is just silly. Like most machines: they do break from time to time. Bulbs go out and need replacing. Fans break. The girls here are a lot of things, but lazy isn’t one of them. They work hard and they deserve credit for that. I’m so greatful for them

Critical: ProfessionalismI need to express my displeasure with my run in with Ms. Danielle Brooks. I have been frequenting this particular LA location more than the rest and have always been treated well. I have always had my eyewear in hand. On September 11 after having a stressful morning I walked in for a relaxing tan. This one particular day I did not have eyewear on me and Danielle began to read me the riot act in an extremely belittling way claiming that no one ever wears their eyewear here and that it’s a law blah blah blah. I explained that I always have my eyewear but I had just forgotten it today. As a valued customer she should’ve just given me the inexpensive stickers and allowed me to go about my way but obviously she did not possess proper customer service skills. And again began complaining about what she felt she was finding out about this particular salon. Expressing Covid and other issues that’s supposedly we’re not being addressed. Again I did not feel that this internal information should have been expressed to me however the door was left open for me to step through. I informed her that their hours made it extremely difficult for me to even tan because of their ridiculous hours of operation. Again she expressed that they are ours that were made because of Covid. That is most obviously an excuse and she did not wish to converse any further on that topic. The hours of operation cater to those that work a 9 to 5 Monday through Friday schedule and not those that work in a retail segment. Would not recommend. I had the unfortunate luck to deal with their manager, Danielle Brooks, who was extremely rude. Brooks is absolutely the worst person I have ever spoken to in any customer setting. Brooks was a waste of time and highly frustrating to have a conversation with. She should never work with people, let alone be a manager. I wouldn’t recommend LA tan to ANYONE.

The girl who works there all the time is very rude, says that certain beds are broke one day then not the next, my guess is she doesn’t want to clean them. Doesn’t even say hello or goodbye. Very bad attitude. Only LA tan I’ve ever been to that is like this . Terrible staff

By far the best one. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly . The rooms are spacious. I always try to get to this one if I can. The others are typically understaffed and busy with a little bit of a wait time. This location is staffed accordingly and has beds when you go in. Go to this one if you can.
