LA Tans staff are awesome!! I lowered my rating because of them inconsistently asking if I have eyewear. How about just supplying members with goggles?!?! Are you girls coming in my bed to make sure I wear them?! Nope! Cancelled my membership.

I signed up for the monthly deduction out of my bank , which they got faithfully. My bank went to a chip card and sent a new one. I honestly forgot about calling to give them the new one so they kept charging me because the old one was declining instead of giving me a call or text to say hey is something going on with your card. I sure get texts when they’re running specials. Ended up with a $60 fee plus having to buy another more expensive package. Didn’t do it. Do not like doing business like this.
