I purchased tanning at this place when I first moved here. They have been “in the process of moving” for WEEKS and now it’s Labor Day with lots of great specials but no one can take advantage of them because they’re not open, the number is disconnected and the closest one is an hour away. This sign has been up at the new location for a couple months now. Time to find a new place to tan. Now if I could only get my money back Get it together people!!!

Been trying to contact this place to get a membership and location of the new building. No one answers the phone all the way up to corporate. Someone accidentally gave me District managers number and she doesn’t even know whats going on. You’d think old building would have contact numbers and new location address. Nope.

I don’t live in Florida so I was expecting to pay a good bit but I ended up leaving only having paid $22 for a bed tan and spray. The woman working had a lot of people to tend to and she did a phenomenal job of taking care of everybody. She gave me a great deal and was super nice and answered all my questions. I had a great experience. They also had a wide range of products from sun bed to sunless.This is a great salon. The woman working had a lot of people to tend to and she did a phenomenal job of taking care of everybody. She gave me a great deal and was super nice and answered all my questions. Critical: ValueRegular customer of this location. I pay the premium to have my favorite bed. This is the second time they have told me that I cannot do my full time because it has new bulbs. I was told they have been in for a month. I pay for that level. You will not give it to me. Not my problem if u run them so low that they arent working to keep up my tan, and they will burn me now. Poor girl at the desk was trying to get ahold of her manager who sent her calls straight to voicemail because the manager (Haylee) didn’t get someone to cover the evening shift of another employee who quit last night for a similar reason. Apparently the girl from last night got hurt and the manager ignored her phone calls. Will not be bringing my business back here where they treat their employees horribly. Poor girl at the desk was trying to get ahold of her manager who sent her calls straight to voicemail because the manager (Haylee) didn’t get someone to cover the evening shift of another employee who quit last night for a similar reason. Yesterday I went into the salon to try a spray tan for an upcoming event this Saturday. This is my first spray tan and I informed the assistant manager of this information. She advised me of a medium tone for my skin color, along with the added options of the clear coat, PH balance and moisturizer. I agreed to it (thinking she knows best) and $32 later, I’m in the room. She explained that the booth would guide me through each step of the tanning process and before entering the booth to apply a lotion sitting on a shelf in between my toes/fingers and on my hands/feet. She also advised when I was finished to wipe off with the towel provided on the shelf. I did my tan which took three different sprays and drying while in the booth, no immediate change in skin color due to the clear coat but I wiped off as advised from top to bottom and asked her if anything else should be done and she handed me a card and I was on my way. When I woke up, my hands are extremely orange/wrinkly and I have blotches of white spots and areas that were missed on my body. I reached out to the same girl this morning who said airbrushing was not an option to fix it as it is only offered in far away locations, but did offer me another free spray tan which I respectfully declined due to the fact of being unhappy with the first. I wanted a refund and she refused. I asked her to make contact with someone higher in rank and to make my refund happen so that I can fix this mess before my event tomorrow. I have also made contact with corporate. Please do not spray tan here.

Went in today to get a spray tan for the first time in like 10 years. Lady at the counter was super nice and informative. I paid, got my spray tan, and was on my happy way in less than 15 minutes. I will be back for sure. 5 stars

About a week ago I had the pleasure of meeting Haley in the Clermont Florida salon. She was very resourceful and explained all the different programs and the different tanning lotions that you can use in the beds. So she offered me a free tan and when I was finished I decided I’d come back in about a week and sign up for one of the monthly programs. Today I went into the salon to sign up for the program that she recommended for my skin type and buy a bottle of tanning accelerator, the one she recommended, so while I was standing there waiting, the woman behind the counter was waiting on somebody else I decided to grab the bottle of lotion that I wanted to purchase and read the bottle as well while I waited. Well I was rudely told that I’m not allowed to touch the bottles nor am I supposed to be behind the counter of which I was not. Well I walked out and as a potential client I don’t appreciate being treated the way I was and I’m sorry Haley wasn’t there BECAUSE I would have preferred to deal with someone with excellent customer service. Don’t think I’ll be back to LA TAN.
