Went here for the first time yesterday to get my nails done and will definitely be going here from now on! The girl at the front desk is so nice and Henry did a great job with my nails!…I get acrylic with gel color and did a design and he was done in less than an hour and I did not feel rushed.

Had a bad experience a few weeks ago while getting a simple acrylic fill. My nails came out crooked and simply not up to par, however, after informing some of the other nail techs, Tom sat me at his station and completely redid my nails for no charge. He was extremely professional and did an excellent job. He’s the reason that I continue to go to this salon, 10/10 would recommend this salon simply for Tom.

Unprofessional….. I went to this nail salon for years prior to Covid, never had a problem. I’ve been back 4 times under the new owners. Second time there two of my nails chipped but It was close to my next visit so I just had (Tom) shorten all my nails rather than lengthen two of them. It was not a problem. This time I went in on a Fri and the next day, while doing dishes, my left ring finger chipped. When I went in on Sunday I thought he was going to fix the nail. What he did was to file it down to almost half the length of my other nails. While he was filing I told him that that was not what I was expecting, I could have done that at home. I was obviously unhappy but he didn’t say anything. When I told the receptionist that I wasn’t happy, he came up to the front and said ” Mam, you didn’t say thank you”. I really think that if a nail chips the very next day it should have been fix not just filed down. BTW, In all the years I’ve been getting my nail done, I have never had any nails chip before. Not once did I have to go back under the previous owners to have something fixed.

I have been going to Bella Salon for about 6 months never had a problem before, today I had an 11:30 appt. with Tom I arrived on time (5 min early) checked in picked my color and waited I didnt see Tom I asked a tech at the dest if Tom was in was told yes, after 10 minutes asked tech if Tom was in was told yes. at 20 minutes was told she would start my nails and Tom would finish, Ok asked again if Tom was even in the building. was told ” HE IS RESTING HE IS TIRED” WHAT after waiting 25 minutes I walked out.

Tried this place out after not getting my nails done on years. I thought Mimi was here as she used to do my nails in Brick. She is supposedly on vacation still. The guy who did my nails rushed thru it and didn’t shape them well. He didn’t even paint them how I asked. The girl that did the waxing was nice and did a good job, but looked a little dirty back there.
