I got a refill and pedicure here, and the pedicure was fine like always but the refill….. never again. I got a refill Tuesday and my polish was peeling the very next day! And I was out of town. Smh. So I went back Friday and they did “fix” them after implying that I did something to make them peel. But they just peeled again after that, worse! So now it’s Sunday and literally 5/10 nails have either no polish at all or more than half the polish peeled. And the lady didn’t even paint to the cuticle, which I know is a way to make you get a refill sooner. JANKY. So the nails that didn’t peel look like they could use a refill. It’s been 5 days lol. Now I normally just get a pedicure here but that made not even want to go back

I like Peter. He is the only person I will go to. He’s knowledgeable of new styles and is patient enough to fix any mistakes if you accidentally bump your fingernail once it’s painted. If you call in advance and get an appointment, the waiting is minimal, 5 minutes or less. He’s fast and does an amazing job no matter how busy it is.

Critical: ProfessionalismThis place is getting a bad rating from me on the account that the person doing my nails added rhinestones when I was looking away, I never asked. We asked what the price will be and he never answered us. We asked again and he still didn’t answer. Then he up-charged me for them at the end. The rhinestones didn’t go with my design and I was priced 60 dollars for an acrylic with no tip and a design. A price that is usually 35 dollars at my usual nail salon. I felt taken advantage of by this person, it was all so shady so my experience left me never wanting to return again. I’m giving this place a 5 star review because I had this pain in my toe for years, I thought it was from banging my toe against my shoe. Turns out the nail tech was very knowledgeable and discovered an ingrown toenail and took care of it. Within minutes, the pain I had for years was gone. Thank you

Still charged me for getting them fixed (other salons will not if it’s within 24hrs). I made sure I tried a different person to make sure they wouldn’t make the same mistake but maybe all of their glue is not good quality. I wanted to get a color change as well while getting the nail fixed and the person doing them was trying to talk me out of it and clearly did not want to be there or do his job. Still charged me for getting them fixed (other salons will not if it’s within 24hrs). I made sure I tried a different person to make sure they wouldn’t make the same mistake but maybe all of their glue is not good quality. I wanted to get a color change as well while getting the nail fixed and the person doing them was trying to talk me out of it and clearly did not want to be there or do his job. Critical: QualityI came in for a gel manicure. The woman that did my nails cut my fingers/cuticles on 6!! fingers. Another customer came in said that her acrylic popped off after 2 days on the tech argued with her about it. Then stopped my nails to take care of her. Comes back to me and does nothing but bad mouth this woman!!! I asked about glitter gel polish and she told me they didn’t have that. When I went to pay I saw the other techs had glitter. Even asked why I was told they didn’t have it and the cashier said “oh I don’t know but it’s right here” I shouldn’t of paid but I didn’t want to make a scene. My nails looked horrible too. I used to like this place but you can only get gel Polish now. I came for a pedicure and I do not want gel on my toes. I had gel last fall and they finally recovered from the damage I endured having gel Polish. I would not come here again. Also the smell of chemicals in the place is VERY strong.
