I don’t think I need to explain what the problem is in the picture… all my nails are not filled correctly they are deformed some are thicker than others. The lines of the nail polish aren’t even straight at all as you can see in the picture. They have paint missing on them as well this is not worth 65 dollars at all… I don’t understand how you can let the customer leave like that. I’m way to nice to tell someone they aren’t doing a good job but come on now why? My nails are an absolute mess I’m so sad and disappointed. The lady’s who do eyebrows are very good which is why I’m sad about this rating…. but I hope I can fix them and at least be satisfied. A man did my nails FYI…..

I usually really like it here but today I guess they were busy and I came in at 6 for full set and pedicure. My pedicure was done and was perfectly fine even though the lady seem like she was in a rush and didn’t even considered to ask me what I wanted or anything. When it came time for full set not only did the lady stop mid nail to do this lady’s eyebrows who just came in like 15 mins before closing..she was in such a rush that she cut me three times. My nails have so much glue and polish around the edges. I said I wanted to design but cuz she was in such a hurry she she kept insisting I wanted the white which was the color I got my toes and then from her continuing to cut me I didn’t even want to continue that I just got clear. I felt like they were just concerned about trying to make the money real quick and didn’t care about actually how my nails turned out I will never come here again. I just spent $150 to file my own Nails in my own car.

Horrible! Me and 2 other friends came here. I got a full set and they got pedicures. Our experience was the worst ever!! If I could give no stars I would. Their pedicures was bad. They weren’t given any time to choose a color of their liking and the women that did their nails left their nails crooked and blamed their toes. (They have straight toes btw) they also left cuts on them . Didn’t clean it right. Then after they were done. My friends were pressured to give tips for bad service!! My experience was the worst. They guy left me cuts all over my fingers. Didn’t give a choice between gel or regular nail polish. I had to get gel. They are crooked, didn’t give me the color I wanted. Then once we were close to be done I went to wash my hands came back and there was someone in my seat and my phone and purse were on The floor!!! Then they over charged me. For short nails. Then the person who charges people was yelling at me because their credit card machine wasn’t working and blaming my card! I told him do it again and it went through. The whole time I heard him yelling at other customers too because they were being charged for things they didn’t even get. They also yelled at my friends because they were paying cash and looking for the amount to pay them.Overall bad customer service, bad job, messy stations, lack of communication, just bad horrible never again going!!! (Went into detail for you guys to know the experience y’all more than likely are going to get.)

Is there not a decent place to get your nails done in LA? I’ve been to 3 different spas in the past 2 years since I only get them done on special occasions, and none have been able to leave me with a job well done or to my satisfaction. From afar they look good but once you get up close, it’s a whole other story . First and last time I come to this nail spa they never asked me if I wanted acrylic they just assumed I didn’t. And even then if you analyze the pictures you can see the nail is not well covered in the polish, I’ve got a few areas where it looks too bulky and filled with tiny air bubbles. I think the more I look at them the more imperfections I see like length is not symmetrical on all nails

45$ and the job was good, remember you’re getting what you paid for. I got a simple set of nails and they came out better than I anticipated. I would recommend Taylor Acrylic nails

So I can’t stand my feet being touched so pedicures are primarily out of the picture. However I did go and get my polish changed on my toes and an elderly gentleman did my toes he did a great job I was very happy and I plan to go back to have it redone there.

Worse experience ever ! Lady did hella bad job , I ask her to fix the design on my nails & she literally didn’t do much even cut me . I would not recommend this nail shop smh . Bad customer service !

Took my daughter to get a gel manicure for her birthday. She was so excited and now she’s saying she’s never going to get her nails done again because this dirty ass place gave her an infection and fungus. Her nails are brittle, peeling, and falling off entirely.

I only went for an upper lip wax this older lady with glasses started putting wax up my lip to the point that she was spreading the wax on the side of my cheek up my nose. I told this lady to take it off because I only ask for a wax upper lip wax. She responded to me that I had hair up there I told her no take it off please.She said okay, but then she was being disrespectful to me talking to her co-worker that was sitting on the other side . They were talking on a different language i dont understand .To me that is disrespectful and rude because I don’t know what they’re saying. I don’t know if they’re talking about me just because I told her to take it off the wax off my face. Isn’t it customer have the right to ask the employee not to wax all over my face . Because I am paying for the service.Well she took the wax off and it was five dollars. I wanted to pay the owner for the services and let them know about his employee but the owner walk somewhere else so I had to pay her the $5 when I got home this lady didn’t do a good service at ALL. I still have hair in the place she put wax on.She didn’t even pluck them out. They were rude ,no good service, and they were disrespectful. WOSRT SERVICE EVER
