Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValuePaid $35 of a full set for my 13 year old daughter EVERY SINGLE NAIL WAS CROOKED! Went to the store two days later (because of work) and they blamed my daughter and refused a refund. One guy was standing over my daughter’s nails with the nail tech AND WAS EATING OVER HER HANDS!! Nail tech also dropped a nail file on the floor and DID NOT THROW IT AWAY. I have pictures of the horrible job they did and they claim that they did a good job! Please!! Paid $35 of a full set for my 13 year old daughter EVERY SINGLE NAIL WAS CROOKED! Went to the store two days later (because of work) and they blamed my daughter and refused a refund. One guy was standing over my daughter’s nails with the nail tech AND WAS EATING OVER HER HANDS!! Nail tech also dropped a nail file on the floor and DID NOT THROW IT AWAY. Critical: Quality, ValueI went in for a classic pedicure and in the middle of the pedicure, I was told that she couldn’t cut my toenails down because they were already low. I also pointed out the dry skin under the bottom of my feet and she said she couldn’t get thateither. Well, why am I even here? For the fancy FLASHING LED LIGHTS?? She wouldn’t even clean under my toes although I tried to throw her a hint. This is by far the WORST pedicure EVER!! STAY AWAY FROM HAVING THIS LADY SERVICE YOU!! Going back to Gina’s in Merrillville. Totally disappointed. The pictures are AFTER THE PEDICURE!! I went in for a classic pedicure and in the middle of the pedicure, I was told that she couldn’t cut my toenails down because they were already low. I also pointed out the dry skin under the bottom of my feet and she said she couldn’t get thateither. Well, why am I even here? For the fancy FLASHING LED LIGHTS?? Critical: QualityI asked for matte black nails. I received uneven matte top coat and a gem to cover a mistake on the middle finger. The lady was very nice and was great all throughout I didn’t notice till after I had left and tipped her that they were very uneven and you could see where she tried to touch up the matte coat and made it look bumpy and thick.Service: Acrylic nailsI asked for matte black nails. I asked for matte black nails. I received uneven matte top coat and a gem to cover a mistake on the middle finger. The lady was very nice and was great all throughout I didn’t notice till after I had left and tipped her that they were very uneven and you could see where she tried to touch up the matte coat and made it look bumpy and thick.

They forgot to put lotion on my hands and feet after my manicure and pedicure. Did not massage my hands at all. I paid them $89 and they would not do anything to fix it. They manipulated me into agreeing to services that I did not want. My nails looked like I could have done them myself. They said that they did not know what a french tip set was. They forgot to put lotion on my hands and feet after my manicure and pedicure. Did not massage my hands at all. I paid them $89 and they would not do anything to fix it.
