They got me in immediately. Ryan was so nice and did an incredible job on my nails, and my pedicure was relaxing and she made sure it was perfect every step of the way. My pedicure was amazing and the lady really took her time. Tina has done my nails both times and I can’t complain. This is my second time going to L.A Nails and I have not been disappointed. Made my appointments online both times and have had no issue. My pedicure was amazing and the lady really took her time. If I could give this place a -1000000 I would , my mom was in a horrible accident and I called to cancel her appointment because she obviously could not go, the lady said she would charge her 50% of the service. Wow! Not to mention when I got my nails done their was a huge bubble in my gel polish, when I returned for them to fix it I still left out with a huge bubble. They do not care about you as a customer at all. I will never go here again.

Booked an appointment online because thats the only way they handle appointments. I clicked on the wrong thing. I dont normally get my nails done so I really dont know what Im asking for and I told her that. I asked if I could get gel or acrylic instead of a polish. They said no, they were too busy. I showed up 15 minutes early and nobody was there except three employees. I had to pay a $12 dollar cancellation fee which I guess I did cancel but I sat here for the first 30 minutes of my appointment and i was there 15 min. before my appointment and only one person has entered the business for service. They are swamped guys. Make sure you dont accidently book the wrong service.
