!!! DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!!! I went in for a gel manicure bc I was in the area. The lady who did my nails was extremely hungover & all she talked about was how drunk she had gotten the night before & that she was still drunk that morning. I don’t even think she knew how to do manicures. She didnt even have me wash my hands or do a massage. Literally just cut my cuticles & painted my nails (one coat only!) I was in a hurry so I paid & left. The next day my nails began chipping pretty badly. I called the owner & requested to get a refund. He said he would give it to me. I showed up to collect & was told by the rude staff that he wasn’t there & couldn’t say when he’d be back even though I clearly told him at what time i’d be going in. The ladies also said he told them he WASNT going to refund me the money. He clearly lied to me & made me wastw my time. My nails have never looked this ratchet. Their customer service is abysmal. Maybe instead of lying to the customers & running out to get menudo for your drunk staff you should supervise to make sure they’re doing the work they’re getting paid to do.

They seem under staffed. I’ve been there before the ‘new management ‘ but this time was no different. I asked the new manager if my daughter could get a discount for her birthday and he said yes that they can work something out with me. The female employee that did my nails then contradicted him and charged me full price. She was very bossy and knew it as she kept catching herself. There’s no point in new management if she’s going to hog all the decisions. So much for management if he can’t step it up.

Critical: QualityI went about a week ago and everything was fine with the service, i noticed that she didn’t check the nails to see if they were crooked or anything so i let it slide and she convinced to get another color other than what i originally had decided which i regret. it has been a week and my nails are already falling off!!

Critical: QualityI was in on Feb 2 for a quick fill on my nails. They also needed to be shortened. I should have done a closer check before I left the salon. The nails on one hand were cut one length and the other hand was different. Since the manager has stopped coming in and doing nails himself the quality of service has dropped pitifully. I had been going there for many years but I will no longer return. I can very seldom ever find anyone in the shop that can put on a new set of nails. I was in on Feb 2 for a quick fill on my nails. They also needed to be shortened. I should have done a closer check before I left the salon. They charged me $45 to put very little acrylic on my nails and then shellac. $45?!?! I didnt even have fake nails on it was all on my natural nails. The owner said “its healthier for your nails” yeah right he just says that so he wont waste his acrylic tips. I understand if I was getting some beautiful long coffin red nails okay but a simple little oven nail really?

The employee did a horrible job on my daughter’s nails. She was in a hurry to leave to run some errands and to TOP that off she hit my vehicle while leaving in a hurry. Very shady of her. Will NEVER go there again. Coward employees and horrible work. Absolutely NO professionalism.
