Very annoyed! I have gotten my nails done since I was 15 now 34 and never had this issue! I have went back to La nails twice to recorrect the color! For some reason the only color that’s coming off is the ones with the designs. All others fine! The manager tried to blame it on me and I asked if she can just change the color since I did pay $100 she said no that’s extra. This was my first time there and definitely last!!!!

The people who work there are very nice, but unfortunately my nails look terrible and the design was so bad I had her removed the whole thing. For a 100 bucks I will never visit again. Went to a different shop and they couldnt even fix them. I had to get new set Acrylic nails

I went to get a full set and Helen did them she is amazing my nails came out beautiful I love them I highly recommended her !! And I also did a pedicure with Kim it was also amazing I got the works and when she was done I felt so relaxed. I’ll definitely come back! Found my new nail tech!

I really like this place. You do have to be careful if you only want the $20 pedi because they really do try to keep adding on $5 more. Do you want sea salt, wax, etc. But the pedicures are great and I’ve paid for gel polish others places and it comes off in a day or two. When I get it done here it lasts two weeks. I come here once a month and have never been cut or had my skin painted. I agree the manager isn’t super nice but the workers are and Kim is the sweetest

My boyfriend and his little sister went the other day, they don’t know anything about nails salons so when they went in to get pedicures my boyfriend asked for the menu so he could see which one he wanted, the lady automatically told him that it was 37$! And that’s for the deluxe pedicure! My boyfriend wanted the basic pedicure done on both him and his little sister! They try to get over on everyone I guess! We will not be returning. She didn’t even give him the menu.

Worst place to get a manicure. The lady at the front desk was the one that helped me out at first. She was rude and distracted the entire time! Then she pawned me off to some one else after she messed up my nails! The second lady ended up breaking my nails trying to fix the first ladies mess. She was also distracted and seemed to be in a hurry. They never did the standard manicure, I guess it has a different definition to them. All she did was put powder on my nails and charged me the full manicure, when none of the work was done. To top it off, its been 3 days and the powder is already chipped off!! Never going back again!

I faithfully would come here every two weeks to do a complete manicure pedicure and eyebrows and never had any issues. I had my nails done two days ago and two of them fell off and broke. I went in to have them fixed and they have the audacity to charge me yo fix them. I explained to them that this was not something I did and I thought they would fix them. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I will not be back and will take my business else where. Poor customer service if you ask me.
