It’s been so long since I’ve gotten my nails done. My sister in-law and I went in today and had them done. She told me about Shellac polish and her natural nails have gotten so pretty. That’s what I had them out on my nails, well what nails I have. Everyone was super nice and the place was really clean. I love my nails!

I had a TERRIBLE experience. I have to be in my sisters wedding as maid of honor in a week so I went to get my nails done and they did a horrible job. My nails are multiple colors of nude (almost marbly) with chunks and immediately broke off on the corners. Not only were my nails AWFUL but the owners and workers of the business yelled at me and refused to give me a refund or start over on my nails… they also kicked me out of the store. I had the bride call them to hopefully get a refund on what they did and they yelled at her over the phone and treated her very NASTY!! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I could post a picture of my nails I would, however I can’t. I selected white polish and the nail job was terrible. My nail tech painted on my skin, didn’t even attempt to clean the polish off and make it look neat. When I stated dissatisfaction I was ignored. My nail job looked like I completed it myself. The polish wasn’t the color that I picked. He said that it changes colors as it dries. TOTAL LIE!!! 518 IS NOT REALLY PINK!!!! And……he filed my nails crooked. My hair was getting caught in them by the second day!!!! Fair warning!!!!! Spend your well earned money elsewhere!!!!! JS

I will never give them another dime! I got q new set with color changing gel polish. After 2 days the gel was coming off the tips of my nails! I got a polish change on my toes and this is the only place I have gone that didn’t shape them a little. The clear top coat on my nails was applied so tacky…the next day my nails looked horrible! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! Pricing is ok until they start bumping it up $5 extra any little thing you want to get, the man working here is ENTIRELY rude has an everlasting attitude and will leave in the middle of your session to take a long smoke break, the woman working here is SUPER bossy and pushy to every client, this place will not make you feel welcomed this place will make you feel like you’re a burden to these people. The man just yelled at my friend who nicely asked him to change the color of her nails because he messed up the whole hand. ZERO STARS ZERO STARS!! This Salan only had two people working, I think they were the owners. I went to get the Nexgen manicure which was awesome when finished except he didn’t file the sides of the manicure so it was stuck to most of my fingers on the front and sides. I had to go home and file them myself. I love the Nexgen powder manicure but didn’t like how it was applied.

UPDATE: Pedi didn’t even last a week. Day 4 or 5 and 2 almost 3 nails had peeled.Not very friendly. Descent pedi for the price.
