There was only 2 ppl working and 1 lady getting serviced. I went in for a acrylic removal, be set (gel) and pedicure with overlay on big toes. I’ve been coming to this place to get my nails done for years. It’s usually a gentleman that does my nails, they’ve always lasted Several weeks before even lifting. I’ve never had an issue. The staff has always been extremely friendly and courteous.

After I waited for an hour, I finally sat down for my manicure. But the manicurist was planning on removing my old dip-powder nail job by RIPPING it off painfully. The only alternative, he said, was for me to sit with my nails soaking for another hour, because he wasn’t willing to take the time to remove the coating properly by filing it down. Definitely won’t be returning.

I arrived about 11:39 I told the man at the front I wanted a pedicure. He never responded so I asked him about how long the wait will be he said 20 min. So the only lady and the shop that does pedicures finishes with the lady she was working on about 12:00 she then go to the back to give the lady a wax service. So in walks another lady and goes straight to the backroom. So I patiently sit there thinking I wonder if she gon try to take this lady before me. About 12:10 she come out with the first lady and charged her credit card. The lady that work there went back to the backroom so I get up and asked her how long will take her to get to me. She replied that it will take her 15 min to finish with the lady. So I asked her can she start my water. She took a while to respond back telling me I would have to wait. I walked out after that this was definitely the last incident for me to put up with this unproffesional business with a 2 man team (two workers for a whole nail salon ). We need a better and professional nailshop in this community. It’s coming real soon because these people are disrespectful they also turn down business 1hr. before closing. Last week I went in this same nail shop last Friday because it was only 2 of them he told me the wait would be long. So I said I’ll just come back. Never again will they get these $$$$

Rude. The woman didnt know the difference between acrylic nails and Powder nail polish. Kept trying to take the powdered polish off with nail polish. I explained to her several times it would not work. Then she tried pulling the polish off as if it was acrylic, its powder nail polish! Then she started talking about how I dont do nails, she does… i just walked out. Not going to give my money to someone like that.
