I went in to get ONE nail fixed and immediately she said that they didn’t have my color. I’m liked you never looked. Then she tells me maybe I should go back to my nail shop where I got them done at. I was surprised because who says that. I FOUND a color that matched but she insist that it didn’t match. While discussing that she told my child don’t touch their gumball machine and I said he’s not doing nothing. After I realized how disrespectful rude and racist they were I refuse to give my money to them . I left!!!

Very disappointed in 2 of 3 my visits here. French gel mani lasted 2 days and started chipping. I went in to have it fixed and was continuously badgered about how it could be my nails or the dryer, etc. I had to ask the owner to stop suggesting what happened and just fix it. Then, it happened again! Literally 2 days later my nails are chipped again. I think it’s their gel products and application process. This never happens to me anywhere else. No thank you.

The sign says they close at 6. I walk in at 4:50 she says can i help you, i say please. I just moved here i have some broke nails and i need my eyebrows waxed. The entire facility says we are closed! I said you don’t close til 6 they say we close early today!!! Baby!!! Never EVER WOULD I . If they don’t want to service us go do nails where you come from!!!

I’m particular about filing the edges of my nails. They listened and accommodated my wishes. (The tech who did my nails before Tweet argued with me then did it her way). Tweet was quick and did a lovely job. I will be back.

I have been going to this business for so many years and I am always pleased with the result. I do recommend calling and making an appointment. Since covid it is a must. I do see them trying to help people that are walk ins but sometimes it is very busy. They have always been nice and helpful. I am retired now and don’t go as often as I have in the past. They are always willing to see me when needed. Thang and Thuy are so nice. I love the products and all of the staff do a fabulous job. I can sit back and close my eyes and relax and know the job will be done correctly. I feel awesome when I leave. Thank you all for the job that you do.

Positive: Cleanliness, QualityKim did a wonderful job on my nails (refill) and my deluxe pedicure. This one of the BEST pedicures I’ve ever had. Kim took her time and the massage she gave my feet was awesome. My only complaint is my eyebrows. I am VERY particular about my eyebrows as they are thick. I asked her to just clean them up and she ended up taking too much off of one of them, so one of them ended up crooked! I will return for my nails and feet but will not let them touch my eyebrows again!
