I love Kim. She is such a sweet person. I’ve tried eye brow waxes at a few different salons and this is the only place that her wax doesn’t cause me to break out. She takes her time and doesn’t rush. I always get compliments on my eye brows too. I’ve been coming here ten years and don’t trust anyone else now to do my waxing.

Wow I see why the rating is this. Just walked in unaware it was appointment only. Owner has nasty tone, not friendly, and didn’t offer an appointed time. Literally one customer inside. Travel 2 min down the street to A1 Professional Nails on Geraldine and the Rock Road. Walked in and was greeted and taking care of right away. Just wanted my eyebrows done and this shop didn’t even ask what I wanted. Don’t see this lasting if the lady was the owner.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I brought two 5 year olds with me, so they could get their nails done. They sit very still wherever I take them. Thought I would give this place a shot. As soon as we walked in, got a mean, absolutley disgusted look from a lady sitting there. I politely asked if we could get their nails done. She instantly started being rude by saying Im not gonna do their nails over and over, they wont sit still, yada yada yada. Not a good way to get new customers. Neexless to say, I will never ever consider this place again.

HORRIBLE, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I stopped getting my nails done because she, the first chair, had begun to skimp on product, ex: she would only use a tiny drop of filler on the nail closest to the cuticle which meant the top of the nails would chip and crack within a week time. Today I go in for a pedicure by the husband. As you can see from the picture, he did an absolutely horrible job and when I pointed it out to him, he shrugged his shoulders, as if to imply, oh well!. No mind you I hadn’t had a pedicure this winter, but for my $21 + $5 tip I would at least like to be able to have a smooth heel. AVOID L & A Nails at all cost! Do Not Patronize This Business! Poor service and even worse customer service!!!

very horrible customer service. I guess they don’t like walk ins but if that’s the case say something don’t just sit there and ignore the paying customers. And the lady in there that’s calls herself “Crazy A” needs to humble herself because sweetie you far from popping. I do not recommend this at all!
