Critical: ProfessionalismThe guy is just super duper rude. I called earlier to see if they do walk ins or appointments, was told by the guy they do both and so I said great I will come in shortly. Went there and the guy was sooooo rude. He said they were booked and I asked okay when do you guys have time I just want French tips acrylic nails and he said nope no time today. Didn’t even try to set me up an appointment. I would give ZERO stars! Highly DO NOT recommend!! The guy is just super duper rude. I called earlier to see if they do walk ins or appointments, was told by the guy they do both and so I said great I will come in shortly. Went there and the guy was sooooo rude. He said they were booked and I asked okay when do you guys have time I just want French tips acrylic nails and he said nope no time today. Critical: Professionalism, QualityMost nail shops will let you know if being late impacts the services you can receive. Showed up a bit late (called and was told it was okay), and was told that only one of my services could be completed. Would have appreciated being told this information over the phone when I called so that I could have just rescheduled. Most nail shops will let you know if being late impacts the services you can receive. Showed up a bit late (called and was told it was okay), and was told that only one of my services could be completed. Would have appreciated being told this information over the phone when I called so that I could have just rescheduled. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityTerrible went Wednesday with a friend to get mani and pedi’s done, I honestly could’ve done a better job than they did, they used a NAIL FILER to scrape my friends and my calluses off our feet which didn’t really do much… I got dip it nails done and my friend did acrylic neither of our nails were not smooth and had bumps on it. With the dip it they got the powder and polish used stuck on my skin so I had to peal it off of my skin and under my nail bed. Plus I have the first coat that they used to seal the dip it nails coming off not even 4 days after getting my nails done… the price was 80 for all of it. Terrible went Wednesday with a friend to get mani and pedi’s done, I honestly could’ve done a better job than they did, they used a NAIL FILER to scrape my friends and my calluses off our feet which didn’t really do much… I got dip it nails done and my friend did acrylic neither of our nails were not smooth and had bumps on it. Critical: Professionalism, Value2 years ago when I went to get my nails done here for my 16th birthday I wanted red and gold cause it was my theme color, I wanted lil sunflowers on them, when they were cutting my cuticles n stuff they were literally going so ruff my fingers were bleeding even when I asked them to stop multiple times cus it was hurting but they kept doing it, awful service! They made me pay extra just to add sunflowers and they didn’t even look good! Some of them were uneven and they came off terribly too. 2 years ago when I went to get my nails done here for my 16th birthday I wanted red and gold cause it was my theme color, I wanted lil sunflowers on them, when they were cutting my cuticles n stuff they were literally going so ruff my fingers were bleeding even when I asked them to stop multiple times cus it was hurting but they kept doing it, awful service!
