Worst Place Ever in the State of Indiana for Customer Service….The TECHNICAN was waiting on a client that never showed up for at least 30 minutes, the sign says first come first service on the door. However…when I mention how the long waiting happened before and every time I come here, I never get any service done. I said…I won’t come back anymore….she replied,” Please Don’t !!!! The picture displays her having no customers and still refusing to provide service.

My daughter and I enjoyed our service. We were the only 2 there so it was kinda quick. I do recommend you calling for the wait time and/or setting an appointment because there’s only 1-2 nail techs on site majority of the time. BUT all in all, I have yet to have a bad experience whenever I come here!

Although I would never get my nails done in Indiana, due to last minute reasons and crowding of my favorite Chicago salons I ended up trying here. I called in advance and the woman told me to come in. Only for me to get there and pretend as if she didn’t see me knocking on the door and window. I mean she legit looked up at me, looked back down, and ignored my knocks. Lol just pure, blatant ignorance. Save your money and go else where!

There’s a lady inside doing someones nails so I knocked and she rudely shooed me away. Glad I didn’t get to give her my money.
